Cost savings

HSC and dry processing

Hard machining

Materials difficult to be processed
Aluminium, titanium and magnesium alloy and high alloy steels are difficult to machine. Special coating with low friction coefficient and low adhesion tendency makes it easy to process this kind of materials.
Special tools
Customized coatings can improve the performance of special tools (e.g., fine tools).
Re-coating
If the re-grinding tool is recoated, their performance will be the same as the new coating tool, the overall service life will be longer. If you want to maintain the life and cutting parameters of the production line, it must be re-coated.
Heavy grinding
