Injection molding

HC physical vapor deposition (PVD) coatings with ion enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PACVD) coatings, this technology can improve tool usage efficiency with high toughness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and low friction characteristics.

HC 01, HC 10, HC 20 and HC 50 with excellent wear resistance property, HC 40, HC 41, HC 43 and HC 62 coatings can be reduced thimble friction for high surface quality of mold, and die sticking of solution is the best choice.
Plastic film extrusion
Plastic film extrusion, such as PVC film extrusion tool posing a special challenge. The corrosive heat of the resin forms a corrosive action on the traditional chrome plating tools, resulting in the interruption of the production. HC physical vapor deposition (PVD) coating on the tool surface, to form an anti corrosion protection, improving the tool efficiency. HC 30, HC 35 and HC 50 are often recommended for plastic film extrusion and other molding tools, which are often corroded by hot gases in the molding process.
