Structure:
The cleaning machine is a fully automatic, the cleaning process by PLC+ touch screen control, respectively 6 and 2 made of SUS304 stainless steel by ultrasonic cleaning tank, 3 ultrasonic rinse tank, 1 slow off the sink and automatic loading and unloading platform consists of a continuous cleaning equipment, the operator will place the cleaning basket in a work piece feeding table, sensor, automatic cleaning basket delivery above the feeding station, conveyors, sensor, PLC programmable multi arm manipulator will wash basket successively sent to the step groove, on the work piece cleaning, rinsing, slow dehydration after delivery to the discharge end, finally the operator only in the end of the work piece material can be removed.
